Barry Walker

Barry J. Walker was born in Atlanta , Georgia , USA , on December 23rd, 1951 and is admitted to practice in the state of Mississippi . Mr. Walker has been a practicing attorney since 1979. Since 1992, his practice has been concentrated in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant cases. He practices before the US Department of Labor, US Immigration Service, and US State Department. He represents employers and employees in the processing of H-1B specialty occupations, O-1 visas for persons with Extraordinary Ability, L-1 intracompany transfer, E-1/E-2 treaty trader and treaty investor nonimmigrant visa cases. He regularly represents health care facilities and foreign medical graduates in J-1 waiver cases.

M. Gabriela Ungo (former M. Gabriela Gonzalez Casafont) was born in San Jose , Costa Rica and is admitted to practice in New York State and Costa Rica. She has personally been involved in the complexities of the immigration process and paperwork, since her husband is a physician who has adjusted his visa status from J-1 to H-1B.

Danane Lynch

Danane was born in Tupelo , Mississippi on May 1st, 1967 . She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, from the University of Mississippi (1992) and a Certification in Paralegal Studies from the University of Mississippi (1993). Since September of 1995, Danane has been a full-time immigration assistant at the firm. Under attorney supervision, she has gained vast experience in the assembly, organization and presentation of immigration applications and petitions for employment-based immigration cases.
