February 2012 Visa Bulletin: EB-2 priority dates for India and China Advance 1 Year!
The February 2012 Visa Bulletin released by the Department of State showed outstanding advances for the EB-2 India and China categories, and slow advances
for all other categories. The EB-2 priority dates for India and China will move one year to January 01, 2010 !! The EB-3 priority dates for
professionals and skilled workers in "all other countries" will advance only by two weeks to February 22, 2006, by one week for India, to August 15, 2002,
by six weeks for China, to December 01, 2004 and by three weeks for Mexico to February 22, 2006.
The EB-3 priority dates for other workers will remain at April 22, 2003 for China, and advance by three weeks, to August 15, 2002, for India. All other countries advanced six weeks to February 22, 2006.
