March 2012 Visa Bulletin Advances For China And India EB-2
The March 2012 was release today, February 8, 2012. It shows that the cut-off date for second employment-based category (EB2) for China and India born persons advanced to 10 May 2010. This is good news for persons who have been waiting for years for these numbers to advance. Anyone with a cut-off date of 10 May 2010 or earlier should be sure that they prepare to file their applications for adjustment of status, or they should follow up with the National Visa Center if they intend to immigrate through a U.S. Consulate abroad.
The Visa Bulletin also showed that the EB3 category advanced to 15 March 2006 for persons born in Mexico, The Philippines, and the rest of the world, other than China and India.
